How we can help following a road traffic accident

You will need to provide us with the date, time and place of the road traffic accident and a description of how the accident happened. Free replacement car

We will arrange a hire car for you to use whilst your vehicle is being repaired. This will be an equivalent model to your own. So if you need a six seater car for your large family, a van or a prestige car for your job, that’s what we’ll provide you with. The hire car will be fully insured and will be paid for by the insurance company of the person who caused the accident. If your vehicle is undrivable or unroadworthy following the road traffic accident, we can usually get a replacement vehicle to you to the same day you contact us.

The repair bill will be sent directly to the insurance company of the person who caused the accident. There will be nothing for you to pay.

If your car is a write-off

We will liaise with the insurance companies of the people involved in the accident and forward the engineer’s report to the person a fault’s insurance company, requesting they forward you a cheque for the pre-accident value of your vehicle.

The sum of money will reflect the current market value of your vehicle in the condition it was in before the road traffic accident and will be sufficient to enable you to replace your vehicle with one of the same age, mileage, condition and specification to your own.
